1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of Gravity Quest, published by SLG Developers. Contact us at support@slgdeveloper.com.

2. Data We Collect

SLG Developers does not collect personal information or gameplay information from Gravity Quest. We do not operate servers for this game and we do not receive player names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, passwords, payment details, contacts, photos, videos, audio recordings, precise location, device files, or gameplay history.

3. Local Data Stored On Your Device

Gravity Quest may save game progress, settings, control preferences, accessibility preferences, audio/video settings, and similar gameplay state locally on your device. This local save data is used only so the game can remember your progress and settings. SLG Developers does not receive or access this local data. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app, subject to your device's Android settings.

4. Advertising With Google AdMob

Gravity Quest shows interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. SLG Developers does not receive personal data from players through AdMob. However, because AdMob is a third-party advertising service, Google may process limited information from the device or ad request to deliver ads, protect against fraud and abuse, cap frequency, measure ad performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on Google's services, device settings, region, and applicable law, this ad-related processing may include technical information such as IP address, general device information, app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and similar information described by Google. 5. Child-Directed, Age-Restricted, And Non-Personalized Ads

Gravity Quest is designed to avoid collecting personal information from children. For the Android ad implementation, Gravity Quest configures Google Mobile Ads SDK requests with privacy-protective settings, including:

child-directed treatment for COPPA purposes;
under-age-of-consent treatment;
age-restricted treatment set to child;
maximum ad content rating set to G;
ad personalization disabled through publisher privacy treatment.

Google's own AdMob documentation explains that child-directed ad treatment disables interest-based advertising and remarketing for those ad requests. Google Play's Families documentation lists Google AdMob / com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads version 19.0.0 or later as a Families Self-Certified Ads SDK. Gravity Quest uses version 25.3.0.

6. COPPA Statement

SLG Developers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Gravity Quest. The game does not include account creation, user-generated public profiles, chat, social networking, precise geolocation collection, behavioral analytics, or direct collection of contact information from children.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to SLG Developers through any support message, please contact support@slgdeveloper.com. We will review the request and delete any personal information that may have been voluntarily provided through email support.

7. What We Do Not Do

We do not use our own analytics SDK.
We do not use crash-reporting services that send reports to us.
We do not require social login, cloud save, mailing lists, or newsletters.

8. Data Sharing

SLG Developers does not share personal data because we do not collect personal data from the game. Google AdMob may process ad-related data independently as described in Google's policies and developer documentation. We do not control Google's independent processing, but we configure AdMob requests with child-directed, age-restricted, non-personalized settings.

9. Data Retention

SLG Developers does not retain player data from Gravity Quest. Local save data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Google may retain ad-related data according to Google's own policies.

10. Security

Because Gravity Quest does not transmit personal gameplay data to SLG Developers, there is no SLG Developers player database for this game. Local save data security depends on your device and operating system. Ad-related processing is handled by Google AdMob under Google's security practices.

11. International Processing

SLG Developers does not transfer player personal data because we do not collect it. Google AdMob may process ad-related data in countries where Google or its service providers operate, as explained in Google's privacy documentation.

12. Your Choices

You may uninstall Gravity Quest at any time.
You may clear the app's local storage through Android settings.
You may manage device-level advertising and privacy settings through Android and Google settings.

13. Regional Privacy Rights

Some privacy laws give users rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict use of personal data. SLG Developers cannot provide a copy of gameplay personal data because we do not collect or store any gameplay personal data from Gravity Quest. If you contact us by email, we will use your email address only to respond to your request and may delete the support correspondence upon request unless retention is required by law.
